DAY 1: Nairobi- Amboseli

Your adventure begins bright and early with a 6:30 AM game drive through Nairobi National Park, where the city’s skyline meets the wild. This is the perfect time to spot lions, rhinos, and other wildlife as they start their day. After an exhilarating drive, head to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where you’ll learn about elephant conservation efforts and get a chance to meet rescued baby elephants up close.

Enjoy a hearty lunch en route as you journey south to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for an unforgettable afternoon game drive. As the day fades, the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro emerges in golden light, offering a breathtaking backdrop for your evening safari. Settle into your lodge for the night, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Amboseli to Tsavo West – From Elephants to Emerald Springs

After breakfast, set out on a scenic 2.5-hour morning game drive through Amboseli National Park, known for its iconic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and free-roaming elephants. Capture final glimpses of the park’s wildlife and sweeping plains before heading toward Tsavo West.

Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy a leisurely lunch overlooking the wilderness. In the afternoon, visit the magical Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear waters bubble up from underground, offering glimpses of hippos, fish, and even crocodiles through underwater viewing chambers. Later, ascend to the Chyulu Hills, a scenic range dotted with lava flows and lush vegetation, perfect for panoramic views and unique photo opportunities.

Day 4: Taita Hills to Tsavo East

Day 5: Tsavo East – Panoramas, Falls & Final Safari Moments

After lunch back at the lodge, continue to Mdanda Rock, a striking rock outcrop with panoramic views of the park, followed by a peaceful visit to Lugard Falls—a series of whitewater rapids along the Galana River surrounded by unique rock formations.

In the evening, choose between another game drive, a quiet sundowner, or simply unwind at your lodge and reflect on the journey so far.

Day 6: To Mombasa or Diani – Safari to Sea

After breakfast, it’s time to transition from the wild to the coast. Travel to Mombasa either by road or enjoy the scenic SGR train journey, soaking in final views of Kenya’s diverse landscapes.

  • Option 1: End in Mombasa – You’ll be dropped off at Moi International Airport or your chosen hotel in Mombasa, marking the end of your safari.

  • Option 2: Diani Beach Extension – Extend your journey with four relaxing days on Kenya’s coast, where white sands, turquoise waters, and palm-fringed bliss await.

Diani Extension (Optional)

Unwind on the pristine beaches of Diani, a tropical paradise that pairs perfectly with your safari adventure.
