Every day on this journey is packed with special moments and unforgettable scenes, from the rolling coffee and pineapple farms of Central Kenya to the rhino-dotted plains of Solio, flamingo-filled Lake Nakuru, and the predator-rich savannahs of the iconic Masai Mara. Experience the very best of Kenya’s landscapes, wildlife, and culture on this expertly curated safari.
Your adventure begins at 0700hrs, departing Nairobi and heading north through the lush, fertile highlands of Central Kenya. Pass endless stretches of coffee and pineapple plantations.
Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive in Solio Conservancy, famous for its thriving population of black and white rhinos.
Overnight: Rhino Watch Lodge or similar (L, D)
After breakfast, continue your journey to Lake Nakuru, arriving at your lodge in time for lunch. Later, enjoy a game drive through the national park, where you may spot rhinos grazing near your vehicle, along with buffaloes, giraffes, and flocks of flamingos lining the lake shore. Return to your lodge at sunset.
Overnight: Mbweha Camp or similar (B, L, D)
Today you head southwest to the legendary Masai Mara, arriving just in time for lunch and a bit of rest after the bumpy road journey in.
In the afternoon, head out on your first game drive in this world-renowned reserve, home to the Big Five and some of the highest predator concentrations in Africa.
Overnight: Tipilikwani Mara Camp or similar (B, L, D)
Spend two full days exploring the open plains of the Masai Mara, customizing your game drives with your guide. Choose from:
Early morning game drives with picnic breakfast
Full-day game drives with picnic lunch
Morning and afternoon drives with lunch back at camp

Overnight: Tipilikwani Mara Camp or similar (B, L, D)
Wake to the sounds of the wild one last time before enjoying breakfast at camp. Depart the Mara and ascend the Great Rift Valley as you return to Nairobi.
Drop-off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) or any location of your choice in the city. (Lunch on this day is not included.)
